Special Arrangements should be used only when making applications in advance for candidates who are permanently disabled or for candidates who have a temporary disability which is known about before the date of the examination. Medical evidence must be enclosed with this application. Applications made on behalf of permanently disabled candidates must be made no later than registration deadline. If modified papers are required, application for these must be made 6 months before the date of the examination.
