Application for Special Arrangements

For Permanently Disabled Candidates

Special Arrangements should be used only when making applications in advance for candidates who are permanently disabled, e.g. blind, hearing impaired, dyslexic) or for candidates who have a temporary disability, e.g. a broken arm, which is known about before the date of the examination.

  • Medical evidence must be enclosed with this application.
  • Applications made on behalf of permanently disabled candidates must be made no later than registration deadline.
  • If modified papers (braille, enlarged script, lip-reading versions) are required, application for these must be made 6 months before the date of the examination.
  • This form should not be used for special consideration after an examination has taken place.
